My name is Courtney Tomko Kuesis and I am the proud owner of QCI Design & Construction. I would love to provide a little bit of background information on me and why I am different than other general contractors. First thing's first, I am also a full time real estate broker. I help design my project to compliment the market they are in. Whether you are remodeling to get top dollar next month or in 10 years I can provide timeless designs and the team to make it happen so that your home will never go out of style! I also help my buyer clients find homes that are under market price in their desired neighborhood and give them the opportunity to have a hand in designing their own home! With renovation time, the right loan, and me as the designer and contractor I help my clients through the entire process from buying to remodeling AND moving in! I want to give all my clients the opportunity to own the homes of their dreams with in their budget. Once you get the opportunity to meet with me you will see the love and passion I have for this business!

Another thing about me is that my father was a master carpenter in Naperville for 30 years. With his attention to small details and his desire for perfection he provided his clients with impeccable work and established genuine friendships along the way. Me, being his daughter, have the same passion for people and the desire for perfection and small details that make every project that much better. I take pride in LISTENING to my clients ideas and making them come to life. To be able to give my clients the home they have always dreamed of is a reward in itself. The key to my services is sitting down with my clients and designing their remodel or their new home to be exactly what THEY want and also providing suggestions that add convenience and functionality to the design. We work TOGETHER to make the most out of your home. I will accompany my clients shopping for materials and introduce them to top notch suppliers that meet their needs. I can be as involved as you need me to be. My goal is to take all stress out of a large project and make it enjoyable and exciting! From the quality of service we provide to the functionality of a smooth running job my clients will never have to worry, they will be taken care of from start to finish.
